Content Publishing Rules
Mytho is an open platform for community tokenization, creative expression, and new forms of collective economy. At the same time, we are committed to keeping the platform safe and respectful for all users.
The following types of content are strictly prohibited on Mytho. Communities (Totems) that violate these rules may be hidden from the platform interface by the moderators without prior notice. The on-chain record of the Totem will remain, but it will no longer be displayed or accessible through the Mytho platform.
Prohibited Content
1. Illegal content
Promotion of violence, terrorism, or extremist activity
Encouragement or incitement to commit illegal acts
Promotion of illegal trade (weapons, drugs, prohibited substances, etc.)
Violations of data privacy laws (unauthorized publication of personal data)
Financial crimes (money laundering, illegal fundraising schemes)
Content violating international sanctions
2. Immoral and harmful content
Racist, nationalist, or xenophobic propaganda
Discrimination based on gender, age, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or other grounds
Hate speech, harassment, or bullying
Defamation, insults, threats
Content degrading human dignity
Promotion of self-harm, suicide, eating disorders, or similar behaviors
3. Copyright infringement
Unauthorized publication or distribution of copyrighted materials
Unauthorized use of registered intellectual property
Pirated content (movies, music, software, books, etc.)
Unauthorized use of trademarks
4. Fraudulent and manipulative content
Financial pyramids and "get rich quick" schemes
False investment offers
Market manipulation (e.g. pump & dump schemes)
Phishing, fake sites or interfaces designed to mislead users
False claims about projects or team affiliations
5. Misinformation and deception
Deliberate dissemination of false information ("fake news")
Impersonation of official accounts, teams, or admins
Misleading
6. Spam and abuse
Mass untargeted spam
Automated content generation without meaningful value
Manipulation of platform economy (farming of Merit or Srards)
Systematic creation of fake communities for fraudulent purposes
7. Sexual content
Any content involving minors (in any form)
Promotion of sexual violence
Content involving sexual exploitation
Unsolicited sexual content in public communities
8. Privacy violations
Doxxing (publishing personal data without consent)
Publishing private messages, photos, or videos without consent
9. Other prohibited behaviors
Content that compromises platform security (publication of exploits without responsible disclosure)
Calls for DDoS attacks or sabotage of Mytho or partner projects)
Any activity intended to disrupt the platform or its user base
Enforcement
If a Totem is found to be in violation of these rules, it will be immediately hidden from the Mytho platform interface by the moderators.
The decision to hide a Totem may be taken without prior warning.
The Totem’s record will remain on-chain, but it will no longer be displayed or accessible through the platform.
We reserve the right to update these rules as needed to ensure the safety and integrity of the platform.
